Ovaly is a massage that can change your life…
I first developed this massage when I myself suffered from Endometriosis. Every month, I would be in so much pain that sometimes I couldn’t walk or stand. Sometimes I would vomit from the pain.
Then I would give myself this massage and I would be free from pain for the rest of the day.
Over the years I developed it and began to teach it to other women.
It worked on them too.
On some of the women, they even fell pregnant after years of trying.
The massage kept working - it worked so many times that I now I feel compelled to teach it to the world. I want you to be free from pain, too.
How does it work?
The Ovaly technique encourages the relaxation of the ovarian ligament - the 'blanket' of ligament and muscle that envelops the uterus and holds it in place inside the pelvis. By targeting specific points in the legs, which in turn affect the ligaments around the womb and the ovaries, it relieves pressure from around the ovaries, leading to a reduction in pain.
Is it safe?
It is as safe as any massage. The best thing about it is that you don’t have to directly touch the area that is in pain. The massage works indirectly, so even when your pelvic area feels too sensitive even to touch, you can still use this massage.
Why Ovaly?
If you are reading this, you have probably already tried many things to help with your pain. You may have been struggling for years. This is a one-off cost to learn a technique that can be used for the rest of your life. It's a powerful tool that puts pain control in your hands - literally. If you have tried everything, why not try this?
What’s this about fertility?
The Ovaly massage was developed to relieve period pain, however we have also had some exciting results with fertility, as well. It’s too soon to say anything for certain, however early results have been promising and exciting. If you are looking to get pregnant, get in touch for a chat.
What is Ovaly?
Ovaly is a leg massage. It can be used to treat the symptoms of period pain, cramping and endometriosis. It is a massage you can give yourself - whenever and wherever you need it, and just knowing you have a pain management method literally at the end of your fingertips will give you peace of mind.
How long does it take?
A massage with a practitioner will take one hour. If you continue to massage yourself, you can take as much or as little time as your pain needs or your schedule allows.
Is it scientifically proven?
Not yet… the Ovaly massage technique is new so we haven’t yet had the resources to conduct a robust scientific study. If you know of anybody who would like to study it, please send them my way!

My name is Fingal Pollock and that’s my real name.
I’m a professional actress, workshop facilitator and an ex-endo sufferer. I used the excellent body awareness skills that I learnt as an actor to develop the Ovaly technique. Every month for five years, I used it to relieve my own intense endometriosis pain.
Now I live pain free and I want you to be pain free, too.
